Thank you for supporting Sacred After™. Each journal is created with intention, care, and ritual. Because many of our offerings are limited edition, signed, or custom packaged, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
Sacred After™ does not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Limited Edition Heirloom Journals
• Standard journals
• Pre-order items
• Gift orders
• Digital products
• Any item marked “final sale.”
This policy is in place to honor the integrity of the product and the hygiene and handling requirements of printed materials.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue
We will offer one of the following:
• A replacement (when available)
• A store credit
• A partial refund
Missing Packages
If your package shows as “Delivered” but is missing:
1. Check with neighbors or your building office
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
3. Contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number
After these steps, reach out to us. We’ll support you in the next steps, but Sacred After™ cannot replace orders stolen after confirmed delivery.
Pre-Order Sales
Pre-order purchases are charged at checkout and cannot be canceled.
We will ship them as soon as the product arrives at our fulfillment location.
We provide ongoing updates via email as timelines move.
